Return & Exchange Policy – Digital Shop

The following terms and conditions have been prepared to inform you of all your rights and obligations when using the services of Digital Shop.

Digital Shop is an Egyptian company specializing in the sale and distribution of Samsung electronic devices through its official online platform, which includes the website and its affiliated mobile applications, as well as certified physical branches.

By using Digital Shop’s online platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and this Return & Exchange Policy.

 

First: Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered to customers through the official website or mobile application of Digital Shop as follows:

  1. General Return & Exchange Conditions:
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 calendar daysfrom the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and not activated.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all original accessories (user manual, accessories, free gifts if applicable).
  • The original tax invoicemust be attached.
  • The product must not be part of non-returnable promotionsor heavily discounted items explicitly marked as such.
  • The product’s serial number must be visible, untampered, and unchanged.

 

  1. In Case of Defect or Technical Malfunction (Non-Digital Shop Authorized Product):

If you receive a product with a defect or technical issue, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Digital Shop Customer Support to locate the nearest authorized service center.
  • Visit an authorized Samsung service center to obtain an official technical report detailing the defect.
  • Follow Up With The service center .

You are entitled to:

  • Return or exchange the product within 30 calendar daysof receiving it, and receive a full refund including shipping fees, provided:
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice is provided.
  • The issue is not caused by misuse or incorrect operation.

 

  1. In Case of Technical Defect (Digital Shop Authorized Product):
  • You must contact Digital Shop Customer Support immediately upon discovering the defect.
  • Visit one of our branches or authorized service centers to obtain a technical report.
  • Once the defect is confirmed, the product can be exchanged or fully refunded within 7 business days from the date of notification. This process must be carried out through the service center affiliated with Samsung Egypt branches.

 

When Is Return or Exchange Not Allowed?

  • If the product was used in a way that violates the instructions in the user manual.
  • If damage occurred due to improper storage, installation, or handling after purchase.
  • If any parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
  • If the product is listed among non-returnable or non-exchangeable items.
  • If the product was received and signed for in good condition by the customer.
